Working Principle

Basic process: The material enters the cylinder from the feeding device. As the cylinder rotates, the internal grinding media (such as steel balls) impact and grind the material under the action of centrifugal force and friction, so that the material is gradually crushed and reaches the required particle size.

Detailed steps: The material is hit and ground by the steel balls in the first bin. After initial crushing, it enters the second bin through the partition plate and continues to be ground by the steel balls. Finally, it forms a fine powder and is discharged through the discharge grate plate.
