Structure Description

1. Frame part: All working parts of the machine are fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is welded with high-quality carbon steel plates. After strict process requirements, the purpose of machine use is achieved;

2. Transmission connection part: The motor drives the pulley, V-belt, and reducer to drive. The gear is installed at the gear meshing in the reducer body, thereby driving the cylinder to work;

3. Cylinder working part: The barrel part of the BB Fertilizer Stainless Steel Mixing Tank is made of stainless steel material, and a special spiral stirring blade is installed inside the barrel. When the barrel is working, the material enters from the feed port. Under the stirring of the special spiral stirring blade, the material is evenly stirred, avoiding the segregation of materials with different specific gravities and particle sizes in the process of flowing downward in the barrel, thereby achieving the mixing of materials.

Working Principle

The mixing drum has a simplified double cone structure, with multiple layers of high and low blades inside the drum, which form a certain angle with the axis of the mixing drum. As the mixing drum rotates, the blades make the material move back and forth in the axial direction, and rise and fall at the same time, so the mixing is strong and the effect is good.

A pair of discharge blades are welded in the discharge cone of the mixing drum. When the materials are mixed evenly, the rotation direction of the mixing drum is changed, and the materials are discharged from the discharge cone through the lower blades and the discharge blades. The mixing drum is supported by a supporting wheel, and the rotation of the mixing drum is driven by the motor through the transmission system. The operation is reliable, and the forward and reverse rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the reversing of the motor.

The production process of the spiral blade mixing drum blade adopts special mold stamping. Alloy steel wear-resistant material is used, and wear-resistant strips are added to extend the service life of the blade.
