Composition and Structure

Heating device: The heating device usually includes an electric heater or a burner to generate heat energy for heating the air entering the drying chamber, which can meet the temperature requirements of drying different materials.

Air intake system: The air intake system extracts fresh air from the outside, filters it and sends it into the drying chamber to maintain indoor air quality and oxygen supply, while helping to control humidity and temperature.

Exhaust system: The exhaust system is responsible for discharging moisture and exhaust gas to the outside, maintaining the stability of the drying room environment, and optimizing the drying effect by controlling the exhaust speed.

Conveying system: The conveying system is driven by a combination of an electric motor and a gearbox, and a perforated stainless steel plate is used as a conveyor belt to ensure that the material moves evenly during the drying process to achieve the purpose of uniform drying.

Working Principle

The main principle of the belt dryer is to evenly distribute the material on the mesh belt, which is dragged back and forth in the dryer by the transmission device, and the hot air flows through the materials, and the water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification holes, thereby achieving the purpose of drying, which is suitable for flow operation.
