The new type fertilizer granulator, also known as the stirring tooth granulator, uses wet continuous push rod granulation to convert the powdered organic fertilizer produced by fermentation into granular fertilizer. The ball forming rate is higher than that of disc granulators. Powdered organic fertilizer enters the interior of the granulator from the feeding end. Under the interaction and continuous pushing of the granulator rotor and casing, granular fertilizer gradually forms and is pushed out of the machine from the other end of the equipment.

Composition Structure

Working Principle

Basic process: The material enters the machine from the inlet, gradually forms particles through the continuous pushing and mechanical movement of the granulation rotor, and is pushed out of the machine from the outlet. Throughout the entire process, the material undergoes mixing, granulation, spheroidization, extrusion, and other processes inside the machine.

Detailed steps: Specifically, the material moves along the axial direction and undergoes circumferential motion and splashing under the action of the granulation rotor. Finally, under the combined action of the conveying screw, plow blade, high-speed stirring teeth, and gravity, it achieves uniform mixing and full collision, forming large and uniform granular materials.
