Working Principle
Its working principle is to purify harmful gases by spraying liquid in the spray tower. The spray liquid forms a thin film in the tower. When harmful gases pass through, they will contact and react with the spray liquid.The chemical substances in the spray liquid can react chemically with harmful gases, or adsorb harmful gases into the liquid by physical adsorption, chemical adsorption, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of purification. The purified gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
Detailed steps: After the gas enters from the air inlet, it passes through the spray layer and the packing layer, and contacts with the water sprayed on the packing. The pollutants are dissolved in the water or adsorbed on the surface of the packing, and the clean gas is finally discharged from the exhaust port.
